Rojkind created an enclosed garden behind the exterior “skin,” which features the agave plant. The panelite used for the cladding can appear both translucent or bright orange. Adding the panelite gave the whole structure, formerly a residence, a more commercial feel, which also expressed the clients’ personality. The cladding allows ample natural light into the office.
