Fire Protection
The building is fully sprinklered, a pre-action sprinkler system protects the main gallery and storage areas. The remainder of the building is protected by a wet pipe sprinkler system. Central Sprinkler Corporation Manufactured the sprinkler system components.

Plumbing
Low flow electronic sensor type faucets were installed at the public lavatories were manufactured by Kohler. 1.6 gallon flush water closets and 1.0 gallon flush urinals were utilized. Eljer and flush valves as manufactured by Zurn Industries manufacture the fixtures.
