Plumbing
Mechanical and cooling systems are exposed and manually operated with fans and operable windows. Heating systems use high efficiency equipment, including a large heat exchanger for the winter ventilation air, high efficiency boilers, and water heaters. The simple warm weather cooling system relies on two large Greenheck exhaust fans to purge the building air during the coolest time of the night. The fans must be manually controlled in conjunction with opening windows to provide make-up air. The windows and fans are closed at the beginning of the day to retain the cooler air in the insulated volume of the building.

Other
Metalwork:
Glass handrails, custom toilet partitions, and metal sidewalk guards by Nick Rodrigues.
