Architecture Video: Espirito Santo Plaza by KPF (Kohn Pedersen Fox)
Kricket Snow, the 2010 president of AIA's Miami Chapter and an associate at Zyscovich Architects, shows us a KPF-designed mixed-use tower with a massive--and increasingly iconic--concave facade. We learn: why the building has distinctly different elevations and how it responds to its Miami context. It also has a unique approach to the street--and uses water in an interesting way. Video by Bryant Rousseau.
