NeoCon ­ September 2009
Problems of the economy loomed, but the mood was positive at this year’s NeoCon held in June at Chicago’s Merchandise Mart, where manufacturers showcased flexible furnishings that blur the lines between contract, hospitality, and residential genres.

Presenting the most innovative and useful building products of 2009, this year’s Product Reports will again be a major editorial feature in the December issue of Architectural Record. The best product options for architects, specifiers, and designers in 2010 will be chosen for publication by a panel of editors, consultants, and architects from those submissions received by September 11, 2009.
