Jay Sweet is the CEO of the 85-year-old company Boyd Lighting. Based in San Francisco since its founding, the firm specializes in providing designer interior and exterior decorative lighting fixtures to architects and interior designers.

Founding principal and managing partner at Tom Eliot Fisch, Douglas Tom, AIA, has been a practicing architect in San Francisco for 34 years. In addition to setting firm objectives and overseeing operations, he also brings a strong background working with the city’s historic buildings to the practice.
