Charles Jencks’s Garden of Scottish Worthies
Yellow-blossomed flowers cover the mounds, bordered on one side by a line of 40 poplars. Here red aluminum banners demarcate events over 1,700 years, which Jencks calls the Bloodline, referring to clan and tribal vendettas and intermarriage.
