Ginger brings a background in behavior analysis to her 11 years of experience in architecture. Her work guiding pre-design strategy has generated some of the most successful client relationships and resulting projects. Currently working with UC Davis Health on the Parking Structure 5, Ginger developed and led the client and team through a series of collaborative design-thinking workshops, resulting in a clear path to a design solution. Her experience ranges from Project Architect to Project Manager, taking a project from start to turn over. Ginger also has extensive sustainability experience specifically with LEED 2009, LEED V4, Parksmart and CalGreen. The majority of Ginger’s experience is in design-build and CSU Collaborative delivery methods. Diverse project types have benefitted from her leadership in team alignment that results in clarity of design, documentation and expectations.
